You must ensure that your domain registration information remains accurate and up to date.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in the suspension or cancellation of a domain where permitted or required by applicable registry rules.

Domain Expiration

Customers are responsible for renewing their domains before the expiration date.

Falah Host may send renewal reminders as a courtesy, but customers remain responsible for ensuring that domains are renewed on time.

After expiration, a domain may become suspended, deleted, transferred to a redemption period, or otherwise subject to the policies of the relevant registry.

Additional fees may apply to restore an expired domain.

5. Hosting Services

Falah Host provides hosting services according to the hosting package selected by the customer.

Hosting resources, features, storage, bandwidth, email accounts, databases, and other limitations may vary depending on the selected plan.

Customers must use hosting resources responsibly and in accordance with the applicable service limitations.

Falah Host may take reasonable action when a website or account consumes excessive resources and negatively affects server performance or other customers.

Such action may include:

• Contacting the customer.

• Limiting resource usage.

• Temporarily suspending affected services.

• Recommending an appropriate hosting plan.

• Taking other reasonable technical measures.

6. Acceptable Use

Falah Host services must not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or malicious activities.

You agree not to use our services for:

• Illegal activities.

• Fraud or scams.

• Phishing or identity theft.

• Malware, viruses, or malicious software.

• Unauthorized access to computer systems.

• Distribution of harmful or malicious code.

• Spam or abusive bulk messaging.

• Does not contain malicious software.

• Does not facilitate illegal activity.

• Complies with applicable intellectual-property requirements.

• Complies with the laws applicable to your business and target market.

Falah Host does not generally review or monitor all customer content and is not responsible for the legality or accuracy of content uploaded by customers.

8. Payments and Billing

All Falah Host services must be paid for according to the prices and billing terms displayed at the time of purchase.

Depending on the service, billing may be:

• Monthly

• Annually

• Or according to another billing period specified for the service.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that payments are completed on time.

Failure to pay an invoice may result in service suspension or termination.

Additional fees may apply to certain services, domain renewals, domain transfers, restoration services, or other specialized requests.

9. Renewals

Domain and hosting services may require renewal to remain active.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their service expiration dates and ensuring timely renewal.

Where available, Falah Host may provide renewal reminders as a convenience. However, failure to receive a reminder does not remove the customer’s responsibility to renew the service.

10. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on the specific service purchased and the applicable refund terms communicated at the time of purchase.

Certain services may be non-refundable once they have been successfully processed or activated, including but not limited to:

• Domain registration

• Domain renewal

• Domain transfer

• Certain third-party services

• Customized services

• Services already consumed or completed

Where a refund is available, the customer may be required to submit a refund or cancellation request within the applicable period.

Falah Host reserves the right to review refund requests individually.

11. Service Suspension

Falah Host may suspend a service temporarily where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

• Illegal activity.

• Security threats.

• Abuse of server resources.

• Spam or malicious activity.

• Fraudulent activity.

• A security incident.

• Instructions or requirements from a competent authority.

Where reasonably possible, Falah Host may notify the customer before suspension. However, immediate suspension may occur where necessary to protect systems, customers, or third parties.

12. Termination

Falah Host may terminate or restrict services where a customer:

• Uses services for illegal or fraudulent activities.

• Engages in abusive or malicious activity.

• Fails to pay applicable fees.

• Creates a significant security or operational risk.

• Provides materially false information.

• Violates applicable domain registry rules.

Customers may request cancellation of their services according to the applicable cancellation procedures.

Termination does not automatically eliminate any outstanding payment obligations incurred before termination.

13. Backups and Data Responsibility

Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of their websites, files, databases, emails, and other important information.

Although Falah Host may perform backups or provide backup-related features for certain services, backups should not be considered a guarantee that all customer data can always be restored.

Falah Host is not responsible for loss of customer data resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, technical failures, customer actions, malware, compromised accounts, software errors, or other incidents.

Customers should maintain independent backups of critical data.

14. Service Availability and Maintenance

Falah Host aims to provide reliable and stable services.

However, we do not guarantee that services will always be available without interruption.

Services may occasionally be unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance.

• Emergency maintenance.

Customers must not intentionally use hosting resources in a manner that negatively affects other customers or the Falah Host infrastructure.

This may include excessive CPU, memory, storage, bandwidth, database usage, email resources, or other server resources beyond the reasonable limits of the purchased service.

Falah Host may contact customers when excessive resource usage is detected and may recommend an alternative hosting plan or technical solution.

20. Email Services

Where email services are included with a hosting package, customers are responsible for using email services lawfully and responsibly.

Customers must not use Falah Host email services for:

• Unsolicited bulk email.

• Spam.

• Phishing.

• Malware distribution.

• Fraudulent communications.

• Email spoofing.

• Harassment.

• Illegal activities.

Falah Host may suspend email services or take other appropriate action when abuse or security risks are detected.

21. Limitation of Liability
